The Tattoo Voucher grants you the right to use artwork of your choice as a tattoo. This voucher provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the specified artwork solely for the purpose of a tattoo, unless the artwork in question was a commission piece.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Usage Rights:
- The Tattoo Voucher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified artwork solely as a tattoo, unless the artwork was commissioned.
- If the artwork used for the tattoo was a commission piece, the terms of the commission agreement shall prevail, and the license will be subject to the agreed-upon terms between the artist and the customer.

2. Artwork Selection:
- Please provide the title and description of the artwork you intend to use as a tattoo during the checkout process.
- The selected artwork should be in line with the artist's style and portfolio.

3. Delivery:
- The Tattoo Voucher will be sent to you via your preferred email as a JPEG or PNG file.
- Please ensure to provide your correct email address during the checkout process.

4. Additional Costs:
- The Tattoo Voucher covers the right to use the artwork as a tattoo only. Additional costs, such as the tattoo artist's fees, any customization or modifications, and aftercare products, are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Tattoo Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
